What are your delivery costs?

We have a standard shipping rate to anywhere in Australia for just $6.50. If you would like to select the express post option, this will cost you you $10.00.

If you would like to purchase a Gift Certificate only, the shipping cost is $1.00

We also have a standard shipping rate to New Zealand for $10.00 and $15.00 if you select Registered Post.

Our Shipping Rate to the United Kingdom, Europe and the United States of America is a flat rate of $25 for Registered Post.

What is your delivery schedule?

We aim to have your order dispatched within 5 business days, however, as some of our items are personally custom made to your order requirements, we may experience some delay, and will notify you in these cases.

We are priveleged to offer you the most extensive range of Huggalugs Leg and Arm Huggers. From time to time, we may experience a delay in dispatching your order whereby we await incomming orders from Huggalugs.

Where all products are in stock, Express Post orders will be dispatched within 3 business days. We will contact the customer immediately should a delay in Express Post shipping be inevitable.

What are your payment options?

You purchase securely online through our St. George Bank Internet Payment Gateway using your VISA or Mastercard.

We would also be more than happy to take your credit card payment over the phone, just leave your phone number and select the "phone me for payment details" option.

We are also happy to provide you with bank account details for an electronic funds transfer, or to arrange a PayPal invoice, simply request this at the checkout in the Comments Box.
