What is your Return Policy?

Customer satisfaction is very important to us. 

Cheeky Chickies will exchange or refund products within 21 days of purchase but only with the original receipt, all tags still attached and the garment in original unworn condition. 

Cheeky Chickies requires that all requests for exchange or refund be submitted in writing via email to info@cheekychickies.com.au within 7 days of receipt of goods.

There are no exchanges or refunds on sale items unless required by law.

There are no exchanges or refunds on special orders of handmade jewellery or knitwear.

Earrings, underwear and swimwear can not be returned due to hygiene reasons.

The customer is responsible for all freight/postage costs and only the original price of the item excluding any freight will be refunded. If Cheeky Chickies has issued an incorrectly sized or faulty item, we will naturally provide refund or credit for the cost of the postage.

The customer is to make sure that the goods are packaged so that they are not damaged while being returned to Cheeky Chickies.  It is recommended that you use Registered Post to ensure that it does not get lost in the mail.

How do I cancel an order?  
To cancel an order, please contact our customer service department immediately (within 24 hours) via email at info@cheekychickies.com.au. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept cancellations for products that have already been sent.

What if an item is not available?
If an item is temporarily out of stock, you will be contacted and informed of the expected delivery date.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept MasterCard and Visa. For customers wishing to pay by cash, cheque, money order, or Direct Credit/Internet Transfer, arrangements can be made by contacting us on 0404 933 089 or by email: info@cheekychickies.com.au.

I gave you the wrong delivery address. Can it be re-sent?
It is the customers obligation to provide the correct delivery address at the time of placing the order.  Cheeky Chickies can re-send the order if it is returned to us but at an additional fee to the customer.

Security 
Cheeky Chickies hosts a secure transaction environment. Our On-line Ordering System uses 128-bit SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology - the industry standard for encryption technology. SSL encrypts all information including your credit card and all personal information passed from you to Cheeky Chickies. Encryption provides you with security and peace of mind when your browser and local network supports the use of encrypted data transmissions.

Deliveries
Cheeky Chickies  delivers worldwide! We can deliver your gift hampers and gift packs to hospitals via courier. Contact us on 0404 933 089 or info@cheekychickies.com.au for delivery prices.

Regular deliveries are made by Australia Post. You should recieve your order in approximately 5 - 7 working days, unless making a purchase from our Cheeky Catalogue section, of which a 21 day delivery requirement is stipulated (every effort will be made to ship products at the earliest opportunity). The checkout will calculate the appropriate fee for postage and handling within Australia.

International customers will be responsible for local duties and taxes. Note that delivery times may vary when an item is out of stock or is a special made to order item.

Gift Wrapping

Cheeky chickies offers a range of unique, funky gift hampers and gift packs, although we also offer gift wrapping for your other purchases for only $3.00. This includes a gift tag with your message on it. Please choose between blue, pink, neutral and ladies gift wrapping.  Please contact us at info@cheekychickies.com.au if you would like this personalised service.
